Our Core Values

Our core values guide all we do at Church in the Falls. They shape our attitudes and  actions as we work to promote a culture of love and spiritual growth

We endeavor to:

  1. Glorify God: Christ is our Lord, the source of our salvation and we strive to glorify Him in everything we do!
  2. Love: We endeavor to love God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength and to reflect God’s love and grace by meeting the needs of others and loving one another as He loves us.
  3. Promote Unity: As believers in Christ we strive to live in peace and harmony with all people. We are commanded to love and forgive one another and put the needs of others ahead of our own desires.
  4. Be Transformed: We desire to reflect the person and character of Christ in our lives, families and relationships with others. We strive to become more and more like Christ and to reflect Godly virtues in our lives (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control)
  5. Promote Family: We believe all human life is sacred and a Christ-centered home is vital for the well-being of every child and the future growth of our church family. We seek to equip parents to model and teach Biblical principles in the home. We will build a culture promoting individual spiritual development and collective well-being. 
  6. Be Good Stewards: We strive to be fully responsible with to all the resources, gifts and talents God provides us, for His glory and the good of His people.
  7. Seek Truth: We are biblically grounded in God’s word and we strive to know and present truth with gentleness and respect and to listen to others as we learn and grow together in our knowledge of God.
  8. Make Disciples: We work to bring the lost into God’s Family and to mentor, encourage and equip them to spread the gospel and make new disciples.
